Dr. Leonard Markham – Senior Pastor

A native of Knoxville, TN, Leonard was called into the gospel ministry as a high school senior in 1966. After graduating with a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Leonard pastored in Knoxville, Sweetwater, and Hendersonville, TN before being called to serve in Fairfield Glade in 2006. Among many other accomplishments, he has made numerous mission trips, both inside and outside the U.S.

Debra Markham – Art Teacher - Crab Orchard  & Pine View Elementary Schools

Debra is a native of Loudon County, TN and was raised in Knoxville. Together they have two grown children, Larry and Nathan, and four grandsons, Luke, Garrett, Eli and Milo.  They live at 103 Edgemere Dr, Fairfield Glade, TN 38558.

Rev. (Reggie) McDonough - Associate Pastor/Administrative Pastor, and wife Joan.

Reggie is part of the church’s Pastoral Leadership Team with primary responsibility for overall church administration, program coordination, implementation of the Strategic Plan and preaching and teaching as assigned by the Senior Pastor. He holds both a masters and a doctorate from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Before retiring to Fairfield Glade, Rev. McDonough served as Executive Director of the Baptist General Association of Virginia and the Virginia Baptist Mission Board.

Grant Caywood - Pastor of Music and Discipleship, wife Vicki and son Brett. 

Grant is a native of Cleveland, TN.  He graduated from Cumberland College in Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Music.  He later earned a Masters of Arts in Religious Education and Music Concentration in Ft. Worth, Texas.  Grant served in several churches in Texas before returning to Crossville eight years ago.

Grant and his wife of 30 years, Vicki, have two boys, Jeremy and Brett.

Aaron Duncan - Minister to Students, and his wife Laura.


Aaron was born in Hendersonville, TN. He graduated from Beech High School in 2005. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he graduated in 2009 with his degree in Music Education.

Growing up in Hendersonville, Aaron was involved in Bible Drill, RAs, the praise band, helping as a basketball coach and assisting with the children’s choir. During college he helped as a stage manager and drummer for their band.

In May 2008, Aaron married his wife Laura. They are living in Knoxville while Laura finishes graduate school at UT Knoxville. She also works at a law firm in Knoxville as a legal assistant.

Currently Aaron also teaches music at Pine View Elementary in Rockwood, TN.
